Pizza Buffet and Friends & Family Enterprises (the franchisor), acknowledge the Presence

It is the goal of each Friends and Family Enterprises franchise location to hire the best employees and to provide them with an environment where they can learn and grow. Our franchisees must be committed to treating their employees fairly while caring for them in the work environment. We have high expectations for their service to the customers and our franchisees must provide them with an environment where the employee can learn new skills and grow into larger responsibilities as they perform well in the jobs they are asked to do. We expect the employees of each franchisee to treat each other with respect and to contribute to the friendly and positive experience that we want the customers to have. We expect that each employee associated with Friends and Family Enterprises will grow and develop in their responsibilities, both as workers and as human beings made in the image of God.
The customers of our franchise offerings, who we want to become our “friends and family”, are vital to the success of this business. How they are treated and served will make an impression on them, either positive or negative. They must be served with Excellence, meaning that our franchisees should do everything in their power to make sure that their customers have a positive service experience. If this is done well, they will tell their “friends and family” about our service and even more customers will be served. The customers who interact with our franchisees must sense in each employee a willingness to serve him or her with a positive and excellent attitude at all times. Each franchisee must recognize that their customers are the people who pay their expenses and without customers the business will cease to exist.
We provide value to our customers because we offer great products at a great price. We know that this is what will keep the customers coming back for continued service. It is also our desire to provide great products at a price that our customers can reasonably afford. It is our commitment therefore to continue to focus on keeping our food products tasting great and keeping the costs low in order to keep our pricing affordable for our “friends and family” who taste our products.
