of opening other retail Friends & Family Pizza sites such as mall kiosks, take-out
only locations, or pizzeria restaurants.
As a trade-area developer, you will have exclusive rights to three predefined restaurant
territories in which you will identify potential franchisees and oversee their ongoing
efforts. With this unique franchise opportunity, you will serve as the “middleman”
between franchisees and FFE, and will receive a portion of the franchise fees and
ongoing royalties paid to FFE by franchisees with restaurants in your territories.
